Due to strong and consistent demand for our service, we are currently looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual who can drive revenue growth while delivering world class prospect/customer experience. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new business targeting mid to large sized companies through prospecting and lead generation by utilizing internet resources, internal resources (leads) and effectively developing/managing a Channel program to drive referrals into new business opportunities. This is a rewarding career opportunity for a business-to-business sales person in a professional yet casual work environment. 

The ideal candidate will have a proven successful technology sales track record and have the ability to prospect, develop and build relationships, and close business.

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue by converting leads generated by Edge’s marketing activities
  • Prospect various sources to develop and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline
  • Develop effective Sales Channel/Partner program
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate offers and manage post sale implementation to ensure client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Track and maintain all account activity in the company CRM application

 Job Requirements:

  • 4+ years B2B technology sales or consulting experience. Managed hosting, co-location,  hosting, or technology infrastructure sales experience preferred
  • Track and maintain all account activity in the company CRM application
  • Ability to create and build relationships with prospects and channel partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite
